| OM1654A simple zero crossing triac control IC |
A simple to use, low cost triac control IC using a minimum number of external components. Featuring zero-crossing switching of resistive loads for low EMI. It is an ideal replacement for the traditional bimetallic switch.

| IES5521A simple zero crossing triac control with timeout timer |
In addition to the features of OM1654A, the IES5521A has an additional time out timer. Time out refers to the time allowed for operation before the IES5521A switches the heating control off providing a safety feature in many heating appliances. Different time out of less than 1 hour to over 5 hours is achievable with simple external RC components.

A refined, accurate thermostat designed to be used in circuits that drive both inductive and resistive loads, where greater accuracy is required and external input/output access would be beneficial. OM1682A are accurate to 1% of temperature control range.
Typical applications include industrial control (refrigeration controllers, freezers), water heating, room heaters, ovens and underfloor heating. |
| OM1894 dual sensing precsion temperature control IC |
An accurate thermostat with smart triac drive designed for use in circuit applications with a need for 2 sense inputs and drive both inductive and resistive loads. This IC uses patented smart triac drive circuitry that minimises EMI filtering with inductive load. Accuracy and input/output flexibility are also built in.
Typical applications include water heating with humidity monitoring, water heating with level monitoring, thermal control with ambient temperature monitoring and refrigeration controllers. |
| OM1895 simmerstat control IC |
A simple to use, precision simmerstat control integrated circuit where a variable "On" period in a fixed cycle times, is required. The OM1895 has four versions of its fixed cycle time to meet EMC flicker regulations.
Typical applications include personal care appliances (electric blankets, heating pads), kitchen appliances (electric cook tops, electric stove) and speed control of fan motors. Hendon Semiconductors temperature control integrated circuits features:-
