Customer Information & Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)

The Company regularly receives information from customers. This information in whatever (media) form may carry copyright or similar endorsement, and whilst with the Company, all Staff by their General Terms and Conditions of Employment, are committed to protect both company and customer’s information.

The Company is also regularly requested to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements with customers to enable disclosure of such confidential information to take place. The Company's NDA can be used or a specific agreement may be negotiated.
